We are wholesale to the jewelry trade ONLY. We are NOT open to the public. If you are a new customer, you must provide us with your Federal tax ID (resale number)and a billing address.

Orders may be placed by contacting us or by visiting our showroom in downtown Boston.

Stone Orders: For the most accurate fit, please measure stone sizes in millimeters. Although our speciality is moonstone, we carry a full assortment of faceted  and cabochon gemstones. While our inventory is mainly fine gemstones, we also carry some synthetics and imitations. Please call us for any inquiry.  Boston Gems practices full disclosure of all treatments to our gemstones.

Findings Orders: Please specify quantity, size, color, and/or metal. We carry both 14K and 18K gold, and some gold-fill and silver findings.

Terms: Terms are NET 30, NO DISCOUNT.  Instant charge privileges are given to American Gem Trade Association members. If you are not an AGTA member, we require the names, addresses and phone numbers of three trade references. There is a 1.5% monthly, or 18% yearly finance charge on all past due accounts. We also accept all major credit cards.

Memos: Instant memo privileges are given to American Gem Trade Association  members. If you are not an AGTA member, we require the names, addresses and phone numbers of three trade references. This merchandise remains the property of Boston Gems until it is invoiced. Unless otherwise specified, all memos will be billed after 14 days. Stones are not returnable if they have been set or damaged in any way.

Shipping: Packages may be shipped via UPS, Federal Express, or the US Mail, whatever is most convenient for our customer.

Refunds/Credit: All refunds and credits must be accompanied by an invoice. There are NO refunds  on special orders, or items altered in any way.

NO REFUNDS ON MERCHANDISE HELD FOR OVER 30 DAYS.

NO REFUNDS ON STONES THAT HAVE BEEN SET.
